The bag is handcrafted of natural German 100% natural merino wool felt, closes with a magnetic clasp, and inside has a pocket for small change.
We started making unique designer products from German felt four years ago, and with every year that passes we love this material more and more!
It doesnt fade, doesnt stretch or wear out, plus its treated with a protective water-resistant coating all this considerably extends the life of our products and means you can use our bags no matter what the weather.
This style comes with a removable leather strap. The belt has fastening carbines.
The length of the belt is adjusted by fastening carbines. All leather straps made by our craftsmen by hand. All skin sections are covered with Italian paint - this significantly prolongs the product's service life and does not allow the skin to "fray" over time.
The maximum strap length is 132 cm.
The minimum strap length is 118 cm.

FAQs:
1. What is felt? There are different varieties of felt some are completely natural while others include added synthetic fibers. It can also be manufactured using various techniques woven by hand or by machine. At Woolberry we use only completely natural felt produced in Germany, which is made of pure merino wool by a large producer in Germany itself.
2. How long does felt last? The wear and tear of felt over time depends on the materials used to produce it. In particular synthetic felt has a tendency to become uneven and wear out quickly. We use completely natural felt of 3mm thickness, which unlike synthetic felt doesnt sag or stretch with time, and practically does not bobble at all. Not only that, it doesnt fade in the sun and wont lose its color with cleaning. This material is ideally suited for bags and other products for every day use.
3. Wont felt soak through in the rain? When making Woolberry bags we use 100% natural felt treated with a protective water-resistant coating so that raindrops simply roll off the surface. If you accidentally spill a glass of water on your bag simply wipe the water off the surface of the bag.
4. How much weight can your bags hold? The different styles of our bags are designed to carry different weights. The small crossbody bags can take about 3kg, the medium bags about 5kg, and the large styles are designed to hold up to 10kg. In any case you dont have to worry about the durability of the bag we have developed each style with the fact in mind that youll use it to carry everything you need both the crossbody and the large tote withstand weight without losing their shape.
5. How should I care for a felt bag? Felt products mustnt be cleaned in the washing machine. Impact on the inner drum of the machine can cause shrinkage. In order to clean the bag its best to use careful dry-cleaning. Simply notify your dry-cleaner that the bag is 100% wool.
For small stains (like coffee or chocolate) you can also clean the bag by hand - lightly wet a sponge with cold water, apply a drop of wool shampoo onto the stain, and clean the surface with light circular movements of the sponge. Then wash off the foam with cold water and leave the bag to dry away from direct sunlight and heat.
6. Do you customize? Can you embroider my initials onto the bag?
Yes, on special order we can customize your bag, for example we can combine various colors or add embroidery of initials or a logo. However we dont take orders for different styles we only use our own designs, which have all gone through rigorous testing and quality control.
7. Do you have branded packaging? All of our bags are packed in original branded boxes and come with a care label in English.
8. Which countries do you ship to? How long does delivery take? We ship worldwide. As standard we use the Ukraininan postal delivery service, which offers a reasonable fee for their services and deliver on average within 14 days. If you do need urgent delivery we can also ship using DHL or any other courier service you choose. DHL delivers in 3-4 days but can depend on the destination. The cost of shipping with DHL is confirmed according to the destination address.
9. What should I do if my order hasnt arrived?
If you havent received your package in the promised delivery window or cant check the tracking yourself, please contact us directly and we will personally deal with the issue in order to speed up the process as much as possible.
