In 1998, Reebok was a major sponsor of the Human Rights Now! (HRN) World Tour a benefit concert series to increase awareness of both the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the work of Amnesty International. As part of Reeboks commitment to stand United Against Racism, and in celebration of the return of Reeboks Human Rights Awards, this collection brings back the original HRN tour merch graphics and some 1-for-1 pieces from the archive. Part of proceeds from the sale of this capsule will be donated to organizations addressing social issues that impact Black, LatinX and other underrepresented communities.
This Club C 85 takes design cues from the past while simultaneously giving it a new life based on what human rights looks like today. The premium leather upper features a color palette inspired by the Pan-African flag, with asymmetrical color pops on the outsole and the Human Rights logo on the tongue and heel tab.
