Measure Existing Belt- Grab a tape measure to measure your existing belt from the leather fold to the hole you daily use. If you get 32'' it would be your waist and belt size. When you grab the belt M-32'' you will use the middle hole. Since this belt has 7 holes, you still have 3 available holes on the left and 3 on the right while you are using the middle hole. You will shift 1 hole and have 4 holes on the left and 2 holes on the right end if your measurement is 33''.
SIZE- Our belts are measured from the leather fold(where the buckle meets leather) to the middle hole. If you want the belt fit you perfectly, measure your belt following the picture instruction. Message us and we can trim the belt to fit you exactly so you will be using the middle hole. If your pants size is 36, you might use the last hole of L-36'' or the first hole of XL-40''. But if you measured your belt and get 38''. we can trim extra length from XL-40'' and make it fit you prefectly.
