You can get your waist(same as your belt size) by grabbing a tape measure and measuring from your existing belt fold to the hole you use everyday. The buckle size is about 3''x3''.This belt is 1.5'' width. The total weight of the belt is less than 1 lb.

SIZE TO BUY: When nowadays pants brands mark pants size smaller than your waist, the belts size is usually bigger than your pants size. If you decide to buy a belt according to your waist(belt size) and did the measurement, you get your waist is 37'' and you would need a belt size of 37''. However, if you decide to buy a belt directly according to your pants size, I woud suggest you buy 2 numbers up. For example, you wear 32 size pants, I would suggest you get a 34'' belt.
